Our family recently had an outstanding experience working with Eric's MT Spaces LLC, and I would like to share our experience in the hope that it helps others facing a similar situation.
Over the past year, our family lost both of our parents, most recently our father in May 2026. My brother lives in Minnesota, I live in Arizona, and my sister, who lives in the Kenosha area, has been hospitalized with a serious injury. As a result, none of us could be present to oversee the estate sale or cleanout of our parents' home.
After scheduling an estate sale, we were concerned about how the remaining contents of the house would be handled. The estate sale company highly recommended Eric, and from our first conversation we understood why. Before the estate sale, he provided clear, fair estimates based on several possible outcomes, allowing us to plan with confidence.
When the estate sale concluded, Eric promptly sent us videos of the remaining items, provided a fair quote for the cleanout, and began work that same day.
